The results of the Parish consultation exercise carried out in 2015 were used as important information to help us to kick off our NDP in May 2019.

October 2020 – Advertised Herefordshire Councils Call for Sites in the Chimes.
We were unable to hold the planned Open Day event in the village hall in due to Covid 19 and so as an alternative method to get general information about the NDP out to Residents we held an Open Day event online in November 2020. All of the pages are on this website are still available for viewing. This was advertised in the Chimes magazine in October and November.
December 2020 – Advertise Survey in Chimes
Entry into the Chimes about our up coming Residents Survey, telling people about it and how to respond to it.
We sent out a cover letter with the Questionnaire with FAQs Survey Cover letter and FAQs
January 2021 – Residents Survey delivered by hand to every household. – NDP Questionnaire
February 2021- Published the Report on the Residents Survey, advertised this in the Chimes. – NDP Survey Report,
March 2021- Entry into Chimes with information about the Call for Sites, update to website page, Posted into Facebook page regarding Call for Sites.
April 2021 – Call for Site flyer delivered to every household via the Chimes magazine, Call for Sites Poster also put on to Parish council website and noticeboard.
May 2021 – Entry into Chimes on progress. Update to website information.
June 2021 – Entry into Chimes on progress. Update to website information, Update to Facebook Page
July 2021 – Entry into Chimes to direct people to the Housing Site Assessment Report, Update to website and Facebook Pages.
August 2021 – Entry into Chimes on progress, plus flyer for Drop In Event Drop In Flyer. Update to website information, Update to Facebook Page , update to Next Door website for Aston Ingham.
September 11th – Drop In Consultation Event. – Display boards and Comments Form.

May 2022 – Advertising of Regulation 14 period and publishing of the Draft NDP (May 3rd to June 15th) – Website update. Entry into May Chimes, Facebook page update, Next door entry, Posters and notices.
June 2022 – Update on the completion of Reg 14 – Entry into July/August Chimes. Update to Website to give latest status.
August 2022 – Update to Website to give latest status.
September 2022 – Update to Website with latest status, update to Chimes.
October 2022 – All Regulation 14 documents put onto the Website, an update added, put into November Chimes. Facebook page update.
